Fix it Yourself: Prepare surface, place patch over damaged area - press to seal edges. Expose to natural or UV light to cure. In 5-15 minutes, patch will turn from yellow to clear. 

If Applying Outdoors: Make sure to apply the patch in complete shade or at night until it is ready to cure; otherwise, the UV light from the sun will make it harden before you can place the patch. 

If Applying Indoors: Ensure that the patch is being hit DIRECTLY by UV light, whether from sunlight coming through the window, or from a UV flashlight, otherwise the patch will not cure.
